Company Overview:

My client is a Leading Global Transportation Company (Fortune 100 Company) and is looking for experienced Call Center Manager.  The Division you’re in offers North America’s largest time-specific, critical-shipment carriers. They are open 24 hours a day; 365 days a year and they have no scheduled runs. My client offers surface expedite for exclusive-use, door-to-door delivery of critical freight. They also offer air expedite and white glove services.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

1) Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to employees.
2) Develop and implement plans and procedures to meet various objectives such as productivity, service, financial and people.
3) Clear communication and clarifies expectations to gain support and achieve results.
4)  Develop your own replacement and make sure that person is prepared for advancement.
5) Manage 6-8 supervisors plus the 100-120 associates reporting to them

Job Requirements:

1) Bachelor’s Degree
2) Prior Transportation Experience preferred
3) 2-5 years’ management experience
4) Prior call center experience

Job Pay / Benefits:

1) Salary $77,400 - $104,500 (TBD by salary history & experience)
